Why Homeowners Love Aluminum Fence
No Maintenance Needed
Unlike wood fences that need regular staining or painting, or iron that rusts, aluminum requires almost no care. Just spray it with a garden hose to keep it looking great year after year.
Stands Up to Weather
Our fencing handles whatever Florida weather brings. From hot summer heat to winter storms, the tough powder coating stays bright and won’t chip, peel, or fade.

Universal Top: This versatile design features an arched top section that softens the appearance while maintaining security.
Staggered Spear Top: Create visual interest with alternating picket heights that add a unique, eye-catching dimension to your fence line.

Do You Need a Permit in Orlando?
To avoid surprises down the road, it’s essential to understand your property lines before installation begins. We highly recommend a property boundary survey—particularly if your home is part of an HOA or located in a municipality that requires a fence permit. This helps ensure your new fence stays within legal boundaries and prevents potential disputes with neighbors or local authorities.
Additionally, many HOAs require an official survey before they’ll grant approval. In some cases, city or county officials may also ask for documentation during the permitting process.
Here’s what to expect in areas we serve:
City of Orlando: A fence permit is not required for most residential projects. Even so, you must still follow local zoning regulations, such as height limits and setback rules.
City of Longwood: Similarly, no permit is usually necessary for residential fencing. However, compliance with zoning codes remains mandatory.
Polk County: Fence permits are typically not needed, but local ordinances still apply and must be followed to avoid penalties.
Lake County: Permits are also not required in most residential cases. Nevertheless, fences must still adhere to zoning requirements.
To sum it up, even when permits aren’t required, zoning compliance is key. Our team knows the local codes across Central Florida and will help guide you through the process—including free assistance with HOA paperwork, if needed.
