Estimate your Wakulla County fence

Select your fence details and enter a length, or draw your fence line on the map. Your estimate will use Wakulla County pricing.

Minimum project length: 200 linear feet. A property boundary survey is required before installation. Please provide a recent survey showing your property lines so we can plan the fence layout accurately. This helps us confirm placement, review any easements, and prepare for permitting. Contact Primo Fence to discuss your project, review your survey, and schedule an estimate.

Your total includes the applicable county pricing and any small-project or minimum-project adjustment. Final measurements, permits, product availability, and site conditions are confirmed during your free estimate.

Fence materials for your Wakulla County property

Think about what you need: more privacy, open views, a safe yard, or a style you like. We will help you choose the material, height, layout, and gates.

Browse fence photos, installation details, and product style guides from our library. Examples are not presented as projects in a particular county.

Vinyl fencing

Privacy, clean lines, and a choice of fence styles.

Choose Newbury vertical privacy, Madison horizontal, ranch rail, or Nantucket picket styles. White, tan, and cypress-look options are available for selected styles and heights.

Clean vinyl from time to time to keep it looking good. Compare solid and open styles. Ask us about gates and rail choices.

30-year material warranty
Subject to the applicable manufacturer’s product coverage, terms, and exclusions.

Aluminum fencing

An open view with a defined property boundary.

Explore flat-top, spear-top, and puppy-picket styles, plus options for business sites. Choose the height, space between pickets, rails, and gates that fit your needs.

Aluminum fencing keeps your view open. It does not block the view like a solid fence. If you have a pool, ask us which styles meet the rules for your property.

30-year material warranty
Subject to the applicable manufacturer’s product coverage, terms, and exclusions.

Wood fencing

Natural character with a range of privacy layouts.

Compare pine, cedar, and pre-stained pine in available stockade, board-on-board, shadowbox, horizontal, and ranch styles. We will help match the layout, height, and gates to your project.

Wood naturally changes with moisture and weather. Discuss cleaning, staining or sealing, and ongoing care, along with optional steel posts or gate frames.

10-year material warranty
Subject to the applicable manufacturer’s product coverage, terms, and exclusions.

Chain-link fencing

Practical enclosure with visibility through the fence.

Compare silver, black, and green chain-link fences. Ask about stronger options for business sites. Choose the fence height, mesh size, and gates to fit how you use your yard.

Tell us about your pets and where you need gates. Check the hardware and fence tension as part of regular care. The height, mesh, and gates all affect how well a fence keeps pets in.

12-year material warranty
Subject to the applicable manufacturer’s product coverage, terms, and exclusions.

From first call to final inspection

Your fence installation, step by step

Here is the path for your Wakulla County project. HOA, city, and county rules vary by property. We explain which steps you need when we prepare your estimate and agreement.

Planning phase Steps 1–8

Illustrative letter-size marked property survey on a drafting desk

  1. Book your free estimate

Pick a time to tell us about your property, the fence you want, and your goals.

  2. Measure

We measure where your fence will go. We check gate locations, access to your yard, and any old fence or plants that need to be removed.

  3. Estimate

Get an estimate that lists your fence material, height, length, gates, removal work, and any extra costs.

  4. Agreement

Read and sign your fence agreement. It explains the work, when payments are due, and what you and our team must do.

  5. Property boundary survey mark-up

Give us your property survey. We mark where the fence and gates will go. These marks do not replace a survey from a licensed surveyor.

  6. HOA approval, if applicable

If your homeowners association (HOA) requires approval, send it your fence plan and material details. We can help you prepare this information.

  7. Easement form

An easement is part of your land that others may use for drains, utility lines, or access. If your fence crosses this area, you may need an easement form. The form explains your duties as the owner. For example, you may have to move or remove the fence at your own cost so crews can reach the area. Rules vary by county, city, and utility company. Signing the form does not approve the fence, replace any permit, or prove where your property lines are. Primo Fence can review your survey and fence plan, help you find the right form, and help you fill it out before work begins. We can help you with each step.

We can help you find and fill out the right Wakulla County or city easement form using your survey and fence plan.

Ask us for help finding the right form. We will check with the county, city, or group that has rights to use the easement.

    Call for easement form help

Call Primo Fence at 689-212-2856. We can help you find and fill out the right form.

  8. Municipal permit submittal

We send the fence permit application to the right city or county. We then make any changes its reviewers request.

Installation phase Steps 9–13

  1. Fence-line prep deposit, if needed

If your fence line needs clearing or other prep work, your agreement will list that work and any separate deposit.

  2. Materials deposit

If your project needs a permit, the materials deposit is due only after the permit is approved and before we install the fence. Please aim to pay at least 72 hours before your install date. If the permit is denied, we review the rules and update your agreement before you pay.

  3. Call 811

We call 811 before digging and plan the work around utility marking. Please identify and mark private lines, such as sprinkler pipes, septic lines, and other lines that 811 does not mark.

  4. Purchase materials

We buy the materials listed in your agreement and plan delivery around your install date.

  5. Install

Our crew installs your fence and gates. We need clear access to the work area and space for materials. The time needed depends on your project and yard.

Quality Control & Quality Assurance Steps 14–17

City inspector holding a letter-size survey packet at his side and a measuring wheel

  1. Inspect

We check the finished fence, gates, and hardware. We review anything that needs to be fixed or adjusted.

  2. Final Payment

Pay the final balance for our work as set out in your signed agreement.

  3. Final inspection

We help arrange the final city or county inspection when one is required. We also review the finished fence and its care with you.

  4. Materials Warranty Registration

We review the fence maker’s warranty rules with you and help complete any required registration. Keep the warranty papers and proof of purchase with your project records.

Workmanship and material protection

3-year craftsmanship warranty

Our 3-year craftsmanship warranty covers defects caused by our team’s installation work. Your signed agreement explains the terms and limits.

Manufacturer material warranties

Wood: 10 years · Chain-link: 12 years · Vinyl: 30 years · Aluminum: 30 years

The fence maker provides the material warranty. It is separate from our craftsmanship warranty. What it covers depends on the product and the maker’s rules and limits. Ask us for a copy before you sign.

Do not assume that normal wear, upkeep, or storm damage is covered. Read your agreement and the fence maker’s warranty to see the limits and how to make a claim.

Before we arrive

Have your property survey and any HOA rules ready. Think about the fence style, height, and gate locations you want. Tell us about old fencing, plants, access limits, and private underground lines. These details help us plan the work and give you a clear estimate.
